All clients work directly with the band owner and leader, Kevin, through every stage of planning, from conception all the way to the end of the event. Having performed in and worked directly with wedding and venue planners in over 150 weddings and events, Kevin has the experience onstage and off to guide the process and ensure your every need is met through detailed planning and communication.

The Vibe band is not your run-of-the-mill wedding band. Each musician is carefully vetted to ensure they are a professional-level player as well as performer. These are not weekend hobbyists, but working musicians taking part in large productions, studio sessions and high-end events day in and day out. The result is an experience that looks and sounds every bit of what you'd expect from a Dallas or LA band two or three times more costly, saving your budget to focus on other areas of your big day.

Of course. Our experienced team works with clients to create set lists that are customized exactly to an event’s needs. Alternately, if clients prefer not to make music-related decisions, we are happy to direct the song choices for you.

KC & The Vibe's commitment to continuous music means from the moment your guests enter the reception, until the grand exit, our team will ensure that a carefully curated soundtrack will be present throughout the event. The band focuses on "mashing-up" or linking songs in order to keep from having pauses between tunes which can kill the energy. During short band breaks, a high-energy playlist immediately begins to keep your guests engaged until the band returns. This ensures the dance floor stays packed from start to finish.
